Safari
The
1.5 ha Mini Safari was opened to public in November 2000. Located
right in the centre of the Zoo compound, the Mini Safari allowed
different species of animals roaming on the beautifully undulating
slope of the safari. The lush green landscape is complemented by two
ponds and man-made streams, with more than 20 different species of
animals. Giraffe, zebra, axis deer, sambar deer, tapir, emu and
ostrich dotting the horizon to complete the picture of a serene
existence.
